These bagels will arrive frozen or partially frozen, they need to be stored in the freezer section of your market and sold frozen. Please put them in the freezer when you unpack them. The heat and eat directions are on the bags! The easy heat and eat directions are as follows: place the frozen bagel(s) in a pre-heated 400°F for 4 minutes, slice and enjoy or toast and enjoy. These are 100% wild yeast sourdough bagels, they are the real deal. They are made from three ingredients: unenriched bread flour, rye flour, filtered water, sea salt and sourdough culture. They freeze so beautifully, they are not processed, they are hand rolled, fermented for four days and then boiled and baked. They go from freezer to table in a snap: four minutes at 400*F.
